I like to sew. In the past few years I have enjoyed making pillowcases as gifts. They are fast and easy and they are homemade. I send them to students, to missionaries and to cute soon to be wedded couples. I love shopping for fun fabrics and one of my very favorite places to shop is called "Hollyhill Quilt Shoppe" in the West Linn area of Portland. I have to tell you the first time I went in I practically needed oxygen! It was like going to the DISNEYLAND of fabric stores. Seriously! Whether you sew, or knit, or bake or craft a homemade gift is so personal and truly says "I love you."
