On the day of President Obama's inauguration the song, "Air & Simple Gifts" was played by Yo Yo Ma, Anthony McGill, Gabriella Montero and Itzhak Perlman. I was so touched by the beauty of the piece and how warm I felt as I watched all those attending visably so cold. There is such beauty in simple gifts. Simple gestures of love. I still remember clearly one morning years ago when I went into the bathroom and found a loving statement written on the mirror in lipstick from my husband. It didn't take a great deal of time, didn't cost anything but made an indelible memory for me. In this photo is a simple project. A few envelopes, a few pieces of paper, a ribbon and some quotes to share with someone you love. "Simplicity is the exact medium between too little and too much." Sir Joshua Reynolds
