Remember the phrase, "Practice makes Perfect." Well, when it comes to Love Month -- "Planning makes Perfect!" Now is the time to gather all kinds of information about what is happening in your community in February. Do you have a center for the performing arts? If so, find out what programs might be appealing for your family or for a special night out. Are there art galleries near by? Perhaps there's an exhibit that you and a friend would enjoy? Are you near a University? Here in Eugene our Hult Center for the Performing Arts has Eugene Ballet performances of Swan Lake in February. The Shedd has jazz concerts. For NBA fans the Portland Trailblazers will be hosting the Jazz, the Suns, the Celtics & the Nuggets in February. At the Schnitzer Concert center in Portland there are two very impressive plays "The Lion, Witch and Wardrobe" and "War Horse" scheduled in February. Fun abounds! All you have to do is get it on your calendar.
